What we collect, and why
Only what each purpose below needs. The website forms are currently closed; they offer an email link instead. We don’t sell data, build profiles or make automated decisions about you.
Emails you send us
- What
- Your email address and what you write, including a sign-up you send by email.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps before an agreement you ask about (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- How long
- Until your question is answered and closed; then we delete it from our mailboxes, unless a legal duty requires longer retention.
Visiting the site
- What
- Your IP address, browser details and the page you ask for, which the web server at Hostinger needs to deliver the page.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- How long
- In Hostinger’s server logs, for as long as Hostinger keeps them to run and protect its servers.
Who receives it
- Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting and e-mail) hosts this website and our mailbox info@denimrebels.se.
- Google (e-mail forwarding from info@denimrebels.se to Gmail; transfers under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) stores the emails and form notifications we receive, because our mailbox forwards them to Gmail.
Hostinger hosts this website and our mailbox. Our messages are forwarded to Google. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or hand it to you in a portable format. You can object to any use based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@denimrebels.se; we answer within one month.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it: unsubscribe from any of our emails, use Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or write to us. Withdrawing doesn’t affect what we did with your consent before.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
